These are video review files associated with the course lessons in grades 7 and 8 US History and grade 9 Regents Global History and Geography. Some "How To" type lessons are also included, such as how to read content area textbooks, how to write essays, etc. I make no boasts as to the quality of these videos. They are amateurish in the extreme. However, they are accurate and designed with the Middle School and younger High School student in mind.

In many cases, such as in the case of exam review, the video lessons here are not always complete. Students may need to supplement with textbook or other sources to meet the course expectations. This variation is explained by the purpose the video was to serve when it was created.

This video library is a work in progress. The main reason for its creation is associated with my work in developing a differentiated instruction paradigm for 12-15 year olds in the public school setting. The model I am developing includes the need for parallel auditory input for students as an alternative or supplement to text.

These files are large. Students in the school building should play them from the school server instead of playing the files over the web. From home, it is recommended you download the files (compressed files) first and play from your own computer.
